Kinokuniya (manga :: regular :: magazines :: yaoi)
I've never ordered from them online and don't even know if that's possible. However, if you are lucky enough to live near one, start here. When I visit my pal in San Francisco, I always end up spending over my budget. The majority of my collection has come from here.

Planet Anime (collectables :: magazines :: manga :: regular :: yaoi)
I'm lucky enough to live five minutes from this store, so I've never had to order off their website. They have a huge selection however, in collectables, artbooks and manga occasionally you'll find a yaoi/shounen ai title if you browse their shelves.

Sasuga Books (manga :: regular :: magazines :: yaoi)
If mail order is your thing, this is the place. What they don't have on the shelf they're happy to do a special order for you. You can also get subscriptions to BeBoy, BeBoy Zips and Gold through them. Very friendly!

Aestheticism (manga :: magazines :: anthologies :: all yaoi)
You name it, Aestheticism's got it. The other half of my collection (esp. doujinshi) came from here. The only catch is, you must submit proof of age to get a cybershoppe ID in order to buy. It's very much worth it!

J-list (manga :: doujinshi :: hentai :: yaoi)
Usually a hentai manga/doujinshi site, they just started carrying yaoi doujinshi and are very open to suggestions.

Tokyo Central (manga :: regular :: magazines :: hentai :: yaoi)
I've never ordered from here personally, but it comes highly recommended for both prices and selection from several of my friends.

Japanese Book Mart (manga :: magazines :: regular :: yaoi :: used)
I'm impressed by their selection on some hard to find/out-of-print titles. It's overseas, so shipping gets a bit expensive.

Acclimate Solution (manga :: regular :: yaoi)
Never ordered from here either but they do offer translations for entire yaoi series!
