other M.Sadahiro reviews: hai to diamond, pathos, neji no kaiten | where to buy | -> A detective story set in the United States, as are many of Sadahiro's stories. This one is about two detectives, Haruomi (blond) and Kiichi (dark-haired) who are a crack team. They're also lovers, and very active ones at that. (^_^) If you've ever read any of Sadahiro's works, you're familiar with her recognizable style and the graphic level of the steamy scenes. I especially like this one because the characters are not the young adults that populate so many yaoi stories, even many of Sadahiro's own. Kiichi and Haruomi appear to be in their mid to late twenties. And while I like the angsty young characters and their ensuing drama, there's just something about the older, more mature characters (and their bodies!) and the different issues they deal with. If you're going to try out Sadahiro's work, I would definitely suggest either this one or Hai to Diamond to start your collection!
