| • | Due to the increasing amount of 'unfinished' and 'under construction' pages being submitted, I am instilling a new ring policy. It is that your page must have viable content on it-- information, pictures, fics and fanfics, etc. Pages with a lot of broken links, pages whose main content is the one or two images in their galleries, or pages that just don't offer anything will not be accepted. Additionally, if your page is under construction, please finish it before submitting to the ring. |
| • | To new site submitters: please be sure to complete your ring logo, meaning fill in every part, including where it says **SITE_ID**. This will insure your site being added to the ring in a more timely manner, and avoid possible deletion from the queue. |

Of course, please be sure to read through the Policies to make sure your page still fits the bhYw criteria. |
